The latest in our downtown series of wrong side of the tracks buildings is Betty Lou’s Tattoos. Like all of our structures, the main walls are ¼” MDF providing a super sturdy, square structure every time. The footprint is a scant 3.125” x 4.5” and the structure is 8.00” tall. This is our first structure with a simulated wrought iron balcony for the second floor. Window shades with pulls are also included.
Your kit includes everything you need to build the kit as shown here. Of course, figures, vehicles and details not attached to the building are not included. Signage and instructions are pdf downloads from the River Leaf Models website in the “Resources” section.
Betty Lou’s is the first River Leaf design to feature modular side walls. The side walls are identically sized allowing you to place the wall with windows on the side of your choice. This feature adds versatility to how you plan your downtown area.
This model is an identical reproduction of the building located at 80 Main Street Belfast ME.
